Our tour guide for the day was Victor - one of the founding owners of the company. Pick - up was convenient and on time. Communication was excellent. The tour was phenomenal! We had just three people in our group, so questions and answers were more conversational. Victor grew up eating the foods from the places we went to - all in Chinatown. The tastings were not skimpy and included a wide variety of items. History and cultural points were woven into the places and foods we experienced. Definitely take this tour if you want real foods of Hawaiian fusion cuisine of the past 150 years - since Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Filipino folks recreated their dishes from home.
