Kevin and his team explain a lot about turtles, whales, and Hawaiian culture and history. This is much more than getting out on the water and paddling....which is part of the fun, too. They also provide bottled water...one less item to have to bring with you. I highly recommend this experience

We had a great time- canoeing out and being right next to turtles sunbathing in the water, hearing the whales chatter- our guide had an underwater microphone that we could listen to the whales and then the highlight was the whales playing within 50 feet of us- amazing tour! Highly recommend and our guide was wonderful giving lots of history and chants.

Aloha and mahalo for you review! The whales are once again back in Maui! This is my favorite time of year! Just yesterday we saw over 25 whales! A truly special experience in watching a newborn learning to breach! Malama pono and aloha!

We booked an hour long tour and hoped for the best. I feel we got it. We are a family of four with a 13yr old and 16 year old. All four of us loved the relaxed tone of the tour, and found Kevin’s concise history of the islands, navigation and his people really engaging. He patiently answered all our questions. We listened to distant whales with his underwater microphone and glided along side beautiful sea turtles. Not a difficult paddle and we got to the places we wanted without trouble. Definitely recommended.

Aloha and mahalo for the TripAdvisor! I discovered we have another TripAdvisor account so my apology for the late response!?? We are blessed to experience another whale season! Seems like the kohola were late arriving, however, they are here in full capacity! So blessed to see these beautiful creatures in their environment! Malama pono!
