Jesse and pilot Greg were super friendly and the flight was excellent. I had a very smooth ride and completely enjoyed the flight. Jesse was very good a communication about the flight and driving me to the helicopter. This company is very reliable and super friendly. The souvenirs were well priced too. Safety is always our biggest concern. And even though storms may move out of the area oftentimes they leave lower clouds which were not legally allowed to operate in. Really sorry though for your experience.
