Our pilot, Andrew, was fabulous! He was super friendly, knowledgeable about the Nashville area, and made sure that we were safe. Great experience!

The most memorable part of this experience is the fact that it never happened and the pilot came in walked right past us ignored us went into the back room had to sit there for 45 minutes and then when she heard me on the phone complaining wondering if the helicopter ride was even going to happen she didn't seem like she was really into her job she said she could take us but it would take 20 more minutes to warm up the helicopter in the whole point of the trip was to have a sunset helicopter tour the sun was already set as we sat there for almost an hour without anybody knowing anything about what was going on at that airport with the Helicopter Company if that was my company I'd be embarrassed on all levels

We are embarrassed as this has never happened before to anyone. The problem arose because we normally have a loader whose sole job is to greet the customers and communicate with the pilot who is off getting the aircraft ready. The pilot was not made aware that there would be no loader and no one to coordinate. The pilot as since been let go because of the incident. We would love it if you would come back and take a tour with us for free. And again our apologies.

The best part of the experience was the guy had the heat on during the ride lol. It was very comfortable. He showed us the Batman building and Tennessee Titan stadium
