Please note: this walk is not at all strenuous. Obviously there's some stairs but this is done at a leisurely pace and suitable for almost everyone.

Generally SF is dry May-October. There can be fog in the summertime, mostly in the morning. Temps rarely above 70F (21C) or below 50F (10C). Rain may cancel.

Greg was fabulous. He’s a local so is incredibly knowledgeable on the city and you can tell he loves what he does. What made his tour stand out from the rest was the variety of information shared about the city, rather than the generic stuff that you tend to find with big company type tours. This tour has something for everyone and was the perfect amount of time. We came away with lots of interesting knowledge, beautiful photos, and tips for the remainder of our vacation. The places he took us to was off the beaten track so you’re not amongst loads of tourists but we still saw loads! This tour is great for everyone and would highly recommend! Cheers Greg!

We thoroughly enjoyed Greg's tour of stairways with beautiful mosaics. Greg is knowledgeable about SF history, plants and a multitude of other subjects and puts his former radio prattle experience to good use here in entertaining his tour goers. Highly recommend this non-touristy fun walk with amazing views.

Greg my tour guide is very knowledge about and friendly. I was educated on the history of the stairways, the city and its surroundings. after the tour he gave me some succulents to take with me and sent me pictures and review of the places we visited. I enjoyed the tour, and it gave me a beautiful view of San Franscisco. The Hidden Stairways of San Franscisco is a must see when you visit the city.
