Please note: this walk is not at all strenuous. Obviously there's some stairs but this is done at a leisurely pace and suitable for almost everyone.

Generally SF is dry May-October. There can be fog in the summertime, mostly in the morning. Temps rarely above 70F (21C) or below 50F (10C). Rain may cancel.

Wonderful tour. Greg is the best guide I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic, engaging, fun, and he is interested in getting to know his guests. We learned history of SF and the beautiful tiled stairways, saw lovely gardens and had expansive views of SF and coastline from hilltops. He took many photos of us and what we saw and sent a link to them afterwards, plus a gps video of our route should we want to repeat it on our own.

Greg McQuaid was the best guide i have ever had, ever. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, fun, engaging, and interested in getting to know participants. In addition to seeing and learning the history of the beautiful stairways, he identified many of the plants in the area and we had incredible views of the city and coastline from various hilltops. Also learned history of san francisco. Such a fun experience. He took many photos of us and points of interest and sent a link to them afterwards.
