It's totally worth it, don't think twice. You'll see the highlights and don't get lost. It's a huge museum so abandon any hopes of exploring it on your own, you'd need many days. The tour gives you an overall view of what's in store plus plenty of less known facts. Have comfortable shoes!

Had a great tour. Time went by very quickly. Guide was very helpful in allowing us to understand more about each piece. Also, her expertise in navigating the museum definitely saved us time.

Katie was absolutely delightful and incredibly knowledgeable. Since there were only two guests she was able to take the time to give us plenty of insights into special feature or stories about many works that we were viewing. I have toured in Italy with Jason, Simona and Stephan so I know what the "standards " of Walks tours!!. Katie totally gets it. I was particularly impressed by the reading that she seems to do on the side to enhance her ability. Her excitement for what she does is terrific. Thanks for a great tour! I would love for your NY tours to go beyond the "normal" sights. Since I'm from NJ and work in NYC, I'd love to take more of your tours in areas that are not as well known! Maybe other museums (like the Frick, MOMA or the Whitney). Downtown history is fun too. Maybe a Hamilton themed tour of lower Manhattan where it all began!
