This three hour tour with Katie was excellent. She was extremely informative and entertaining and guided us around the rabbit warren that is the museum. It was packed with families and it must have been tricky keeping us all together. The queues for the toilets were a downside! We also found it difficult ti find Katie at the meeting point and would have appreciated a better system for finding our way into the museum and finding her.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and did a good job showing us the highlights of the extensive collections. This gave us good direction in deciding what we would like to explore in more depth. I would recommend this tour for all first time visitors so as not to be overwhelmed by the vast building and galleries.
