This is a moderate hike at altitude that many guests may find challenging. This tour is not recommended for people who do not regularly exercise. Out of respect for the other guests on the tour, please consider our Rocky Mountain National Park sightseeing tour if you are unsure if you can meet the physical requirements. Our guides reserve the right to ask guests to stop or turn around on the hike.
We cannot guarantee a specific trail - we chose based on day, condition, crowds.
From November to April, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Wool socks are also recommended.
Winter weather conditions may exist in the park, please dress adequately for potentially snowy conditions and low temperatures.

This was hands down the best hike! Kyle made the trip feel like we were all family. Very knowledgeable about the terrain. Considerate to some of us older folk who took a little longer. Was our best day spent in Colorado! Quick trip to Estes Park, got to see the Stanley Hotel! Beautiful views, had a total blast. Lot of up hill climbing so make sure you have good shoes and layer your clothes it gets a bit chilly at the top! Would recommend this trip 100 times and would definitely request Kyle as your guide!!

Jed was very knowledgeable about the ecosystem and history of each town we visited and the trails we hiked. Jed was also very accommodatiive to everyone's needs.

Our guide Aaron was very personable and knowledgeable. He seems to love his job! I’ve been on tours where it seems the goal is the destination, this was the journey which was just what we were looking for. We got back two hours late which meant we had more time hiking in the park. Aaron was respectful of time and mentioned several times that we were behind schedule and did anyone need to be back. No one did so, we took a side trip to see elk! The whole experience was relaxed and it was nice to be able to stop and look at the scenery along the way without feeling rushed.
