My wife and I went on the dinner cruise from Kona pier to Kealakekua Bay and had a very nice time. It's about a three hour trip the food and drinks were great and the Crew was very nice and helpful to everyone. The live Musician was very good and we also learned some history about the Big Island's coastline.

The crew was great. Bula Akamu was the musician on the night we went. Bula is an amazing artist and his talent made the trip worth while. The food was terrible. How can you ruin rice or 3 bean salad? Nasty. The boat was clean with good rest rooms. Great bartenders and other crew members. We could not hear or understand anything the narrator was saying. It was difficult to see anything if you are on the starboard side. Not the fault of the cruise but the people getting sick really ruined the trip. It was not rough seas and I couldn't escape the people getting sick. Why would anyone do a boating activity if you have motion sickness? This was an older crowd who should have learned at some point in there life that boating might not be for them. Not the tours fault but a small vessel to try to get away from the vomit. The crew cleaned up quickly though. The music and being on the water was great. No sunset that night and we didn't see any dolphins or whales. Save your money.

Aloha kohalakathy, So disappointing to see you take this experience to a public forum. I wonder how we can make it completely clear that we are an approachable, reasonable bunch and would have bent over backward to make this right for you. We generally get incredible feedback about our food, but apologize that it did not suit your tastes. We would have loved to have you out again and could have prepared for you a lasagna instead. We definitely do not control motion-sickness in our guests, but would have really appreciated the opportunity to take responsibility for it. No sunset? No whales? No dolphins? Truly unlucky trip. Now that this review has been written, it is passed the point of correction, unfortunately. Mahalo, Body Glove Ocean Adventures
