I decided on a dinner cruise with the advice from my sister . It started out with boarding the boat which held many people and a staff that was positive a happy you picked the dinner cruise. You are given a free drink or beverage of your choice from the bar which was cool as well as the staff at the bar . While relaxing on the top deck we started down the coast with a interpretive guide whom was very knowledgeable and funny. Michaela was our interp and she made it fun with her own personable story as well. They started serving Or d'ouvres on the way to captain cooks monument and the staff was very attentive in helping you make it back with your food. We came across spinner dolphins which was pointed out by our captain. We were educated with the history of sites we saw on the way. They did have music mixed in with the guide as well. Upon arriving at the monument they proceeded with a buffet of kailua pulled pork, brisket and salads as well as rice. The food was very good and again the staff was there to help with getting your food back to your seat , I must say the staff was awsome. The staff even came around to serve you desert which was a cheese cake which was very good as well. Staff walked around to pick up plates and throw away your trash after the meal so you can just relax and enjoy the cruise. On the way back we enjoyed a beautiful sunset . Over ed rall I was more than happy and the staff made it very enjoyable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this cruise. If you have a Costco card you can get tickets online at a lesser price but if not it was more than worth the price. Thank you staff for making my evening special ! Don

My wife and I took this one evening on my day off from work. After swimming at the beach all day it was nice to sit and ride for awhile. The dinner they provided was excellent and Regan kept our drink glasses full all evening. Made friends with several couples over the short cruise and all ended with several old timers dancing the evening away until they kicked the beat up and the younger ones joined in as well.

Check in is at 3:30 PM at the Kona Pier. They have live music, bathrooms, seating upstairs and downstairs, 1 free cocktail, full bar for extra drinks, decent buffet dinner which happens down by the Captain Cook Monument. Nice option for those who want to get out on the water and stay dry. Great sunsets. Tour time is about 3 hours long from start to finish. Bring a long sleeve if you get cool easily. The ocean breeze is nice but sometimes chilly.
