This was the best thing we’ve done on our several trips to the island. The crew was friendly and so helpful the whole time. The food was delicious! We had braised short ribs that were incredibly tender along with mashed potatoes that were still hot! The salad was amazing and the cheesecake finished it off perfectly. My partner enjoyed her Thai coconut curry and rice as well. Dennis was an interesting historian who kept us engaged and chuckling. The music was perfect for us as it started with John Cruz. Iz, Don Ho and other Hawaiian favorites then went to fun sing alongs such as sweet Caroline and I’ve got friends in low places. Sunset was cloudy but the sky turned a lovely pink as we were heading back. I will definitely recommend this tour!

The crew was attentive and professional. However, my beef was all fat. Most disappointing, the music and narration was painfully LOUD. Ruined the entire experience.

Aloha Rod C, Thank you for joining us and taking the time to complement our incredible crew. We have our sound system strategically placed so that all of our guests can not only listen to our historian share history, stories and legends but also so that they can enjoy the live Hawaiian style music from anywhere on our open air vessel. From reading your review it's our best guess that you were sitting directly below one of our speakers. Our 65' double decker catamaran is operating at about 56% of its maximum capacity and our crew would have been more than happy to relocate you. Our crew is always happy to assist any of our valued guests during any cruise whenever possible. At this time we would like to share with our valued readers that we welcome the opportunity to assist you during a cruise. While we are very open to constructive feedback, it is unfortunate that there's nothing we can do at this point to help improve your experience. We sincerely wish you our very best!

We enjoyed everything except the salad. Please use lettuce instead of spinach. Romaine would be my preference.
