Overview

Set sail on the west coast of Hawaii Island for a 3-hour cruise to Captain Cook’s Monument for dinner, as a local historian shares stories and legends of the sites you will see along the way. First cocktail is on the house! Listen in to live Hawaiian music and enjoy a magnificent sunset as you sail back to Kona. Don’t forget your camera and keep an eye out for dolphins and seasonal whales.

What To Expect

Kailua Pier

Boarding is 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests are greeted with Island Style Pupus (Appetizers), a complimentary cocktail, Historical Narration and live Hawaiian style music.

Kealakekua Bay

Cruise 24 miles round trip along Kona's Gold Coast learning Hawaiian history, stories, and legends. The narrator will point out many landmarks along the way to Kealakekua Bay that are not visible from land. The narration concludes upon arrival to the bay and dinner is served. The cruise back to the Kailua Pier features live Hawaiian style music, gorgeous vistas of the Kona coastline and sunset.

Very nice. Very knowledgeable historical narrator, great music and I love the way he made the songs his own. Perfect for atmosphere. Really good food. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful scenery. How could it not be, it Hawaii!! We'll definitely go again. Thank you!

Professional and most attentive staff. Hawaiian beauty did not disappoint; and this tour highlighted some of its best! The historian was fabulous. The music was lovely and added a relaxing vibe the entire time. We had a wonderful 70th birthday evening.
