It was tough to connect with anyone as they didn't pick you up where they said they would, put us on the wrong bus, the microphone wasn't working so couldn't hear if you were on the top. Wasn't a "Holiday Tour" it was more of a city tour.

Amount of traffic made the experience slow, long & extremely cold. Bus was 30 minutes late to pickup location & unable to fully appreciate the experience as advertised

Light tour is a must do in NYC especially during the holidays. It was the best tour I have had great tour guide too
