As another reviewer mentioned, not a lot of customer service. We assumed we were supposed to check in inside and then the guy who checked the reservation just said "you're good" without any further instructions. The guide initially tried to break up our party of 6 into a single row of 5 and then 1 person which was odd since we were a family of 4 and then traveled with a couple. Then we waited another 15 mins for a couple passengers who were late. Our tour guide had basic information to share, repeated himself often, would say things like "right here guys....on the left" or would miss telling you what direction to look, and regularly would bark at dogs on the street through the microphone.

Made the reservation 3 hrs prior to the event. Didn’t know traffic was going to be so bad. We left hb two hours prior to arrive on time and didn’t make it. Tried contacting the venue and they had closed. Requested Viator for a refund and they can not make decisions… then why use them, what’s the benefit? I should of gone directly thru them…
