I had my tour on October 14 but when I came to the place it was closed and I called and they told me to come today at 3 and it is also closed and no one answers my calls

Sorry to hear about a awful experience. However the time of your booking was when we all were still closed in California due to the pandemic and city laws. As to your refund its can be processed through TripAdvisor or Viator with the help of a representative . Please call us at 877-977-8687

SCAM!!!!!!!!!! We paid for our tickets online and showed up to the meeting point and the building was gated and CLOSED DOWN!!!!! We called the number and got voicemail EVERY TIME!!!! No one has called us back and now we are out $120!!!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
