We took the Hop On Hop Off bus in Philadelphia on Thursday 7/19. The temperature was 93 degrees with 99 degree heat index. Our tour guide (Giovanny) was entertaining and informative. The 10 am tour lasted about an hour and was time (and money) well spent.

The driver Will and the beautiful young lady was fantastic! So knowable! Would definitely do it again when we come back!! Seating was a little tight! We didn’t get time to hop on and hop off because it took us over an hour to figure out where to go and where to park! But just to see the great historical sites was great! Looking forward to doing it again!

Purchased 4 tickets for this tour and was told we could hop on at any location and that the next bus would be there in 12 minutes. Waited for 30 minutes and no bus in sight. Called the information line to verify we were in the correct location and was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes and the bus never came. Now I’ve contacted this company 3 times to receive a refund and haven’t received a response at all. I normally don’t complain or ever leave poor reviews but after paying $100+ for a service I never received AND no response, I definitely don’t recommend this company.
