very bad experience..Unkind drivers I bought my visit with this company and it was the other company who made me the tour..around the city ... I was presented with the inconvenience that I lost my car keys and they were totally indifferent to my concern while the other company attended to me asking themselves to find out if by chance among their colleagues someone gave them a lost key

Unfortunately it was a rainy day and the upper deck really couldn’t be used. The red buses had enough room for most everyone but the brown buses are tiny in the bottom section. They also have a wrap over the windows which makes it very hard to see out. Do not use the Big Bus If you plan to sit in the lower section as you cannot see. Also unfortunately in the particular Big Bus that we were in the speakers were very scratchy and it was tough for us to understand the commentator read We’ve used a number of bus tours and this was only fair

Seeing and hearing about the sites. Both our guides were super great! We highly recommend it. Watch out for tree branches Ha!
