What To Expect

Black Hills National Forest

Once the balloon is ready, you’ll gently take to the skies for an approximate 1-hour flight over the Black Hills National Forest. If you are new to ballooning, you’ll be surprised at the silence and serenity you’ll find high above the treetops. It’s truly magical. Upon landing, the ground crew will pack the balloon while you and your pilot celebrate the flight with complimentary champagne, light snacks and a story about the origin of hot air ballooning. Flights depart at sunrise and are weather dependent and always at the discretion of your experienced pilot.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This was Amazing! It literally took my breath away at times. The Pilot was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a chance to see from both sides ie; front and back. (There really are no bad sides) The landing was very smooth. The peace and serenity of it all that early in the morning set the day off to a beautiful start. Although we stayed in Hot Springs the half hour drive to this was well worth it. Kudos to you guys!! Great ride and tour!

Absolutely loved the entire experience, the professionalism of the staff, the story of the history of ballooning and the serenity of the balloon ride! Loved it!! Can’t wait to do it again!!

This was a bucket list item for my wife and boy these folks did not disappoint! We had a marvelous trip and Mike was a fantastic pilot! I highly recommend this!
