What To Expect

Black Hills National Forest

Once the balloon is ready, you’ll gently take to the skies for an approximate 1-hour flight over the Black Hills National Forest. If you are new to ballooning, you’ll be surprised at the silence and serenity you’ll find high above the treetops. It’s truly magical. Upon landing, the ground crew will pack the balloon while you and your pilot celebrate the flight with complimentary champagne, light snacks and a story about the origin of hot air ballooning. Flights depart at sunrise and are weather dependent and always at the discretion of your experienced pilot.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Damian and crew did not disappoint!! From start to finish the morning was spectacular!! We had so much fun and the views floating over the black hills was breath taking. It's a small group balloon tour , which is ideal.. Highly recommend!!

Damian was such a fun and safe pilot!! We started our last day in the hills on a high note!!!! Literally!! Everything about the experience was great!! Friendly, helpful staff, Pilot Damian was funny and easy going, and the flight and landing were perfection!! The hot air balloon cups to toast with Champagne and crackers, A very nice touch!! I highly recommend this tour

A hot air balloon ride was on our bucket list. It ended up being the highlight of our vacation. Damien is a skilled pilot with a passion for his trade. After takeoff we floated down the canyons and over miles of pine tress. The landing was about as gentle as you can get. The history lesson on ballooning and the mimosa toast were a great way to end the experience.
