We were shocked by the treatment we received when checking in for this tour! It was the worst tour experience we’ve ever had! It put a damper on our day. The tour guide was adequate.

I thought that because the tour name says "Hop On" it was implied that it was also hop off, as with every other similar tour I've taken in multiple cities. I learned after I paid that it was not hop off too. The tour is supposed to last 80-90 minutes, but it barely lasts 60 minutes or so. The so-called landmarks mentioned or pinpointed during the tour are not that impressive, and I bet this city has ten times better landmarks to highlight during a tour. NEVER ever try this tour. It's a rip-off.

We booked our tickets in advance for the 11:30 am tour. When we arrived at 11 am, the staff seemed surprised and said sorry the 11 am tour is postponed for weather reasons (it hasn’t rained all day). We pointed out that the 11:30 am tour is advertised on their sign placed outside. When we said we would like our $70 back that we already paid they refused and said the tour wasn’t canceled, it was simply delayed two hours. Sad we were not able to see Houston on our only day here, and to lose $70!
