I was told before hand it was not a hop on- hop off. We didnt mind we only wanted a tour. We turned up at the East door of the Hilton as it was the 1st stop, waited for half an hour and no bus turned up and no sellers or anything. We checked with Hilton staff that we were in the right place. I have so far written to ISANGO and keep getting fobbed off with "its not a hop on hop off, here a new voucher" Not a lot of use as I left Houston over 4 weeks ago. Never use these people they do not listen and will not refund money.

Two Houstonians wanted to treat two Londoners to the sites of Houston. It has been raining (not pouring, just light rain) and we figured the hop on hop off was a good idea (especially given the reviews that you donā€™t get off the bus). We call the night prior to see if we had to book in advance and asked about weather. We were told to just come in and there would be no problem. So we did just that. We arrive and a large group is leaving to the Space Center an hour away. We get told that due to safety concerns our Houston tour is cancelled (itā€™s about an 8 mile tour) and literally in the vicinity we were so a bit confusing as to how the Space City tour was ā€œsaferā€ than our tour - that we didnā€™t get to experience. We ask for maps, which they provided since we now have to do the tour on our own, on foot, in the rain which we werenā€™t particularly prepared for and sit down to plan our route. It would have been nice to do that with a cup of coffee from their coffee bar / restaurant but their coffee machine wasnā€™t working. After we were sufficiently soaked - we returned back to purchase a souvenir, yet even though it was on display with all the other ā€œfor saleā€ items, this ONE item was for photos only. Ridiculous. Donā€™t waste your time.
