10:00 had my daughter and myself as hop on hop off, never had the chance to get off most of the passengers going to NASA driver never thought about us. Went on the tour at 11,to be dropped off and the Museum of Natural Science. Okay but was told there would be no 1:00 tour, which meant that we would have to find of way back. "you can take the train" we tried but of course got lost. I call back to the office lady said I told you where to get off on the train before (Thanks) so fun train ride and a long walk. I think the tour service should have pick us up but they didn't. Lesson learned....never again.

Bought tickets for what was billed as a 90 Minute tour. The tour left 10 minutes late and returned 15 minutes early. (90 -(10+25) = 65) 65 minutes is 28% less than advertised. The"tour" completely bypassed Herman Park and the museum district (which is advertised). Unfortunately, the tour guide was poor, only narrating about 50% of the time and providing a number of incorrect facts. If you wanted to "hop on hop off" there was only one additional trip scheduled 90 minutes later. Overall this was an extremely poor experience.

We would not recommend this tour. It never stopped (one continous loup) and just went around downtown, even though we were told that it would get to other areas, including the Museum District. The tour was less than 90 minutes. Definitely way too expensive for the service received.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Our buses go around the advertised route and stops at various locations. The tour guide will always ask if a guest would like to hop off and continue the tour later. The buses loop every 90 minutes. We are committed to always providing a great tour experience.
