We arrived early, at noon for the afternoon cruise. We could not find anywhere to park. After driving around the village for 35 mins and finding the only parking spots out on RT 9, we left Kingston. Towns people are not very welcoming, they parked their cars on the street whilevel there driveways were empty and blocked off. Very disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review even though you didn't take our sightseeing cruise. I would just like to point out that on the day in question, there was a big event called "Hooley on the Hudson" going on. The City of Kingston blocks the streets off and provides ample parking in marked lots as well as complimentary, round trip shuttles all day. We posted this information on our website and emailed to all customers that booked online. This information was sent multiple times. We have no control over what private residents do, but this is a great Irish festival that has been going on in Kingston for years. We feel the City does a great job in hosting and providing appropriate parking and transportation. We had over 160 people on the tour that day and only a few no shows. We are happy to extend the tickets to another cruise as we informed you previously. We hope to see you another time.

The cruise was fun. The only downside about it is the minute you give your ticket at the gate as a person standing there to take pictures. We've taken this cruise so many times and have countless numbers of pictures that we decided not to take a picture this time and the person taking the pictures gave us a major attitude and made us stand behind the line before boarding the boat while other people took pictures. It honestly felt like he was punishing us because we refused to take a picture.

Had a wonderful time on this cruise. Well worth the money. Crew was friendly and welcomed any questions people had about the area. A must see for anyone visiting the area.
