The boat has a lower enclosed deck, a middle deck which is a shaded but otherwise open are, and an open air upper deck with bench seating.
A fully stocked bar with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and a snack bar with light fare such as hot dogs & fresh popped popcorn is available on the lower main deck at your own expense.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed on board the boat
There is plenty of seating on the boat, both inside and on the upper deck, which consists mainly of bench-style seating; the main lower deck has chairs; seating is on a first-come first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early if you’d like to sit in a particular area of the boat
If you or someone in your group is in a wheelchair or has limited mobility, contact the tour operator to discuss accessibility

Drove 75 miles to attend a Hudson River Sightseeing Cruise. After seating on the boat for an hour that was supposed to depart at 2:30 PM, we received notice that the trip was being cancelled due to mechanical difficulties. We waited for the 6:30 PM departure and were faced with the same dilemma..

I recommend increasing the volume on some of your speakers. Also, be careful on how much rum you include in the punch, my wife got plastered on just two of them. Your crew was very kind while helping me get her into the car. They were extremely professional and were ready and willing to provide additional assistance (she's fine). We can't be sure that alcohol was the only factor, but after 36 years of marriage and a couple of years dating in college, it appears that she had two very strong drinks.

After driving for three hours sat on boat for few minutes ( First announcement came over loud “ speaker about minor technical difficulties”) after 40 minutes the second announcement came- boat cruise was cancelled!!
