The dog sled operator sent his wife to remind me to tip the driver for what he admitted was a shortened ride. I did gave her 10.00 but it infuriated me.

Hi, We have 4 to 5 miles trails. We could not make it a shorten ride during the husky dog sledding. Even we have younger and stronger huskies. Huskies were running so fast. You felt like little bit short. If husky team might encounter a wild animal (moose), he needed to make it short. He had to make a turn to protect you (clients). We always put top priority on clients' safety. He might give an explanation if it happened. We are sorry that it happened. Blessing, Leah Lee Alaska Journey Tours
