Overview

Floating past spectacular geological formations and views of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range as you run exciting Class II-III rapids. This trip is suitable for families, first timers or experienced rafters with great views and lots of adventure. You will run the best 10 miles of whitewater in Bighorn Sheep Canyon, groups or individuals looking to experience whitewater rafting in Colorado for the first time or tenth time. Great views and adventure! 2 to 3 hours on the water. This is the only trip that can start out of either of our locations.

Once you arrive at the the river you will be given specific a professional guide that will take you on an adventure of a life time! You will spend 2-2.5 hours on the water running great whitewater, potential Bighorn Sheep sightings and viewing amazing Colorado scenery.

Overall, a very positive experience! We ended up having the youngest of the guides working that day (Danny) yet he was clearly trained very well. A fine young man, even as things shifted from his “Plan A” to “Plan B” it’s evident that nothing was too far out of his understanding or control. Weather was perfect for us (sunshine and water temperature).

We had Barry as a guide and he was amazing! We had no experience & my 7 yr old. He was patient, had my kids laughing even when dad fell out of the boat. Made the whole trip fun, safe and educational. He helped point out the wildlife around us, so we saw a goose & her babies, ducks and big horn sheep. Everyone left very happy.
