The Melting Point is a new, state-of-the-art facility featuring a fine art gallery, a lamp working studio and fully equipped hotshop. We eat, sleep, and breath glass, and it's our delight to share this passion with the community. Our staff is as diverse as the beautiful Sedona desert landscape. Coming from a broad range of educational backgrounds, our glassblowers can tell you everything you would ever want to know about the science and art of glass.

Can’t say enough about it - great selection in the store. You can watch the glass being made or even better to take a class for a hands on experience. Jordan and Austin are incredible, they do a great job teaching while keeping the class very entertaining for everyone. Katie is super nice and helpful. Definitely a must see if you’re in the Sedona area!

Austin was our instructor and he was awesome! Friendly, chatty and super informative. We asked questions about other techniques, how the glass gets into the giant furnace to begin with, all sorts of other things and he was always willing to share his knowledge. I would do this again in a heartbeat, especially since we have unique souveniers to take home to remember our time in Sedona. Can't wait to pick them up and see the final outcome! The hubs made a flower and I made the sucky bowl.
