I reserved the upgraded package. I found out by googling that they canceled all Tuesday shows. I had to contact them and ask about our reservations. They offered to switch us to Tuesday. Ok. Fine. Well. We show up and find out they didn’t bother to give us the upgraded package we reserved. We were literally the very last table. The show is ok. The food is nothing special. The new layout is chaos. You don’t even know what food you’re in line for. The lines intersect. A mess. Don’t recommend.

It was a good night of entertainment and was very organized. I would recommend this luau to anyone visiting the big Island. It was scheduled at a very good time during the day.

Loved the show and it was great assortment of food! I would recommend this Luau to everyone. If I get another chance, I will go again!
