All guests must check-in at 5:30 pm at the Aloali'i Cultural Resource Center, located in the lobby of the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel, on the day of the luau, to exchange their mobile or paper ticket for their entry wristbands.

The luau is held in a beautiful oceanfront setting near the historic Kamakahonu Bay. Guests of the Island Breeze Luau will enjoy a backdrop of passing boats, outrigger canoes, Mt Hualalai and the twinkling lights of Kona.

I hate to sound like a Karen but the food was awful and it started raining so they cut the show early. We were there literally an hour. It was sad.

The entertainment was great, the food was very disappointing. Beef was tough with ok flavor, the chicken was ok, pork flavor was ok. The salad was brown and wilted and the desserts were almost on the stale side. This luau was very expensive so I’m really disappointed. Save your money!

The host was eloquent and did a great job informing the audience about the history and culture if the various Polynesian islands people. The music and dancing were top notch. I was not expecting that much when it came to the food, but the food was great. Loved my experience and my family will do it again.
