I never got to go on the jet ski. I found the meeting point ambiguous (with no one available to receive/check me in) and ended up going to the wrong vendor only to be redirected to the vendor I booked, by which time, my appointment time had passed. I waited an hour for anyone to show up and when they did, the provider told me there is nothing he could do. I am not happy with the was the vendor handled the situation. The two guys came off very apathetic and refused to accommodate me; asking me to call “trip advisor.”

Small circle, perfect for 2 but too small for 4 riders or even more. Jetskis have an automatic brake system which slows you down even if you overtake from the inside of the course. Charges $40 for pictures. Can't take pictures yourself!

We booked a jet ski tour for three people directly on the Jet Ski Oahu website. Following their recommendation, we arrived 20 minutes early at the Keehi Boat Harbor Boat Ramp. Unfortunately, the operator arrived 8 minutes late. He then informed us that one of the jet skis had broken down and needed to be towed back for another customer. As a result, they only had two jet skis available instead of the three we had paid for. To make the best of the situation, my spouse let our two boys ride while we waited. The operator assured us we would receive a refund for the third jet ski and claimed he had already contacted the company owner to explain the issue. However, several days passed with no refund. I’ve tried contacting the company via email and phone, but no one answered. The phone number now appears to be disconnected. It’s been over a month, and we are still waiting for our refund. This company operates unprofessionally and appears shady. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Save yourself the frustration.
