Enjoy the freedom of riding your very own Jet Ski in the tropical waters of Miami! This activity offered by Miami Watersports is a must do for any thrill seeker looking to add some excitement to their day.

Our brand-new Sea Doo GTI 130 pro are fast and extremely stable for all levels of experience. We operate inside of a calm protected bay which is great to practice your skills and become a better rider. Your professional Jet Ski instructors will go over how to operate the machine and our safety rules. They will then guide the group to a large designated riding area where you may ride as fast as you want with no restrictions as long as you stay inside of the boundaries. The instructors will be in the center of the zone, ready to assist if needed. Our jet ski can fit up to two riders, driver and passenger will be able to switch during the ride.

TLDR: Please save yourself the headache that I experienced and do not book an experience with Miami Watersports. I booked the parasailing and jetskiing experience the afternoon before. I didn't receive any information about booking process--including the required 1 hour boating exam until the morning of. When I called the company to ask for more information about the experience the phone number went to voicemail. Their website also isn't up to date. I arrived to the experience about 15 minutes early and the check-in process was absolute chaos. If you reserve ahead of time--still expect at least a 30 minute wait. If you walk-in the day of, expect a 2 hours wait. I completed the 1 hour boating exam while sitting on a curb in the parking lot because they don't have benches or chairs to sit on. After waiting in line for another 30 minutes, they asked for an additional $82, on top of the $179 I had already paid with Viator online, for "fuel". THIS is why they don't allow refunds of any kind, because at that point you're stuck. I walked away at that point; and both Viator and Miami Watersports refused to give me a refund. In fact, a customer service representative with Viator laughed when I called them and called this company a scam. Please do yourself a favor and book with one of the companies on South Beach who have better prices, better customer service, and a better refund policy. Any company who refuses to give you a refund *even if THEY cancel due to weather* is a huge red flag and deserves to be reported to the BBB.
