We had 2 rides, going to JFK and a week later from JFK: Going to JFK the ride was amazing, polite driver made sure that all the requirements were met. That's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. But the ride from JFK was horrible, the driver seamed to be in some kind of hurry cuz he was keeping to rush us, didn't even open the door or help with loading luggage in the car. Driver was very rude and seamed like he was not happy with the job. End of vacation supposed to be full of good impressions not be annoyed on your way home.

The car was wonderful - spacious, clean, comfortable. The driver was polite and helpful. The team at the office who helped with my last minute reservation were also great. The immigration lines at JFK were long and so the pickup time moved around a bit and both the office and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful and flexible so I didn’t have to stress. Wonderful service!
