My flight was delayed by 4 hours. During the flight my driver George had messaged me on What's App to confirm he knew of the delay and to message him upon arrival. Upon getting our bags he quickly arrived at the terminal. The limo was clean and well kept. He even put on a Frank Sinatra concert on the tv to set the mood of our New York holiday. George was polite, kind and a good driver. Our ride back to the airport was just as good. The driver had already been and spoken to the doorman at our hotel, giving him our name so when we left the hotel the doorman could point us in the right direction. Sophia in the office was great throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
