Collection was a disaster. I wait for over an hour to be collected. I got my confirmation with driver details and vehicle. Waited half an hour then called '18' from one of the phones in the Welcome Centre. I was told 15 minutes. Another half hour wait - again told 15 minutes. While I was waiting I just happened to notice a vehicle pull up out side. It was my driver but he had no record for picking me up - he told me that if I was not on his list then he was not taking me. I had to show him my confirmation and to be fair he did contact the office but it seemed the issue was that the office had not notified him of my pick up or that of another 5 people!!! I really was disappointing although I must stress it was nothing to do with the driver - he was actually wonderful in the end. Go Airlink - you need to connect with your drivers and offer the service you are charging for.
