This worked really well. Small queue to register for the transport at the airport, but certainly no better than taking an individual cab, like we have before.

Fabulous! He handled the crazy traffic and the many people walking across the street very well! He was also very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with him. Wish we could remember his name- but he did good!

We booked this for when we arrived in New York. Granted our plane was delayed and we only arrived the following day but I went to the transportation desk and gave in the voucher. She would not help until I told her which company as it wasn't on the voucher, Luckily I had kept the 2nd page which showed Go Link and she said it would be 30 mins. 50 mins later I asked and another person said it would be another 10 mins. 30 mins later I asked again and they then told me they had only just got a van to transport us and it would be another 10 mins. 20 mins later they turned up. They then took us to the petrol station and we then got caught in the rush hour traffic so it took us another 2 hours to get the 14miles to our hotel thus missing the tour I had booked for the evening so would not use them again
