Efficient service used on our way back to airport would recommend.

Gets you into the city directly to your hotel but be prepared to wait 20-30 mins, then longer while they go round the other terminals. Wasn't what we wanted especially after 7 hour flight and another hour to get through customs.

The ride from the airport to the hotel was a scary and dangerous one. The driver was wild and didn't take in consideration he wasn't the only person in the shuttle bus. He was driving fast, trying to squeeze in between cars, driving and looking back talking to the passengers at the same time and really made the passengers nervous and fearful of our lives. Maybe this is the New York way of driving, but when you have passengers in the car, you need to be more careful and keep in mind that you aren't the only person in the vehicle and to drive with care. I really don't feel this driver deserves a 1 rating. In my opinion he deserves no rating whatsoever. The other thing I didn't like about him is he never offered to help me carry two heavy suitcases from inside Southwest to the shuttle bus. Wouldn't want to be a passenger in his bus again. Thank you for asking me to share my concerns about this driver. Teryion Shelby, an unhappy passenger!
