It was very confusing at JFK airport. I had no idea where to go so I followed the signs for shuttle bus transfers and asked several airport employees where Go Airlink NYC was. I was sent on a wild goose chase around the airport. It was 45 minutes before I was at the correct desk to call for pick up. (which is the welcome desk located beside the other clearly signposted shuttle bus service companies). A sign or logo, something with Go Airlink NYC would be very helpful to point travellers in the right direction. I got picked up within 30 minutes. The driver was very nice and professional. I would have give 5 stars but as I was travelling alone and did not have adequate information on where to go, it was quite upsetting getting lost in an airport after a long flight.

Worst experience I have ever had in many trips to New York. The worst possible way to begin your visit there would be booking this shuttle transfer. The shuttle was over an hour and a half late and refused documented proof of the booking etc.
