Too expensive for what we got and we missed the sunset, which was disappointing. Also we were not giving enough time to walk through and be with the trees, we stopped in mostly rock areas. We wanted more connection with the trees. And there was miscommunication on the pick up area. But Joe was friendly.

Hello Alejandra, sorry that you missed the sunset but we don't advertise this as a sunset tour mostly because the days are too long most of the year and we don't like to be out after dark in wilderness areas. We do try to accommodate requests from guests so I am sorry that you felt short change on time amongst the trees.

Mile long hike was amazing. Also loved the vista to the Cholla Cactus Garden. Our tour guide was great too!

We ended up having a private tour even though we didnā€™t book private, it just ended up that way. Our guide was AMAZING! She talked with us and took us places that a full van of people wouldnā€™t have been able to do. We went on a hike in Hidden Valley, went to take ā€œU2ā€ photos at ā€œtheā€ Joshua Tree, saw sunset from a look out 5,000 ft above sea level. She even stopped at the windmills and to get a date shake, which was excellent. If you end up by luck getting a private tour, be sure to let your guide know youā€™re pints of interests. She can you can also call the company to book a private tour even though it is not listed as an option.
