Explore a remote national park less than an hour's drive from the lush resorts of greater Palm Springs. Wonder at the otherworldly plants and rock formations in a unique, and wild desert setting. THIS IS A RUGGED, 4x4 ONLY TRAIL. For those wanting a smoother experience and to see more of the park highlights please consider our Joshua Tree Driving/Van Tour. We don't recommend it for anyone with any back injuries, with any neck injuries, anyone that is pregnant or gets car sick easily. Age limit is 6 years old. This is group tour.
This activity has a 2 person requirement for the tour to run. If you are a single rider, please call first.
NOTICE: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL JOSHUA TREE TOURS WILL REQUIRE GUESTS TO PAY THEIR OWN $15 ENTRY FEE UPON ENTERING THE PARK. What a fun way to spend half a day and do some jostling fun 4x4 ing at the same time. Ed, our driver and guide was great. Informative and easy going with great information about the region. Views of the park, landscape, nature etc. were awesome. Don't go on some other cheaper visit. Pay the fee. It's worth it. What a great day. Lots of photo opportunities against some of the most unique landscapes and formations anywhere. Enjoy your tour!!! John & Brian. Seattle, WA.

My family and I spent a delightful morning on a tour of Joshua Tree NP with Evan. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, professional and last but not least an expert navigator. We would highly recommend this tour.

I have wanted to visit Joshua Tree National Park for some time. I had limited time being in time for a conference and the weather was in the 110F! I also wanted to try the Jeep experience. This trip allowed me to achieve all my objectives and it exceeded my expectations. Steve, our guide, was so informative, attentive and entertaining. He drove us into the park through the Berdoo Canyon,ie the unpaved way (do not try to do this if you do not know how to drive a Jeep as you are doomed if the car breaks down in the heat and no cellular service! Go to the main visitor center and take the paved way). Steve knows the geology, history, trees and animals of the park very well. I learnt so much, enjoyed the different eco-environments of the park in the comfort of a well-air conditioned jeep. Steve took us to the Mission Creek Fault and gave us a taste of the dolce vita of the past in Palm Spring. What an incredible way of enjoying this unique National Park.
