Juneau City Sightseeing and Mendenhall Glacier Tour

Overview
Enjoy this narrated city tour with a trained local Alaskan guide. Natives of Juneau will regal you with stories from local history that stretches back 10,000 years – to the beginning of human history in the area.

The crowning point of the tour is Juneau’s natural treasure, the Mendenhall Glacier. One of 38 glaciers flowing from the massive 1,500-square-mile Juneau Ice field. At this stop you can explore this glacial wonder from a variety of perspectives like Nugget Creek Falls and Photo Point Trail, which winds along Mendenhall Lake to an unobstructed view of the glacier’s face.

Our bus driver. The waterfall was spectacular. The mendenhall glacier was a little disappointing since it was a little too far away to appreciate and seems to be going away

My husband and I did the whale watch. There was only twenty people which was great when the shakes would move we could move. This tour was excellent. The captain and his crew were fantastic. We saw multiple whales breaching and the crew love their job. You can tell. When in Juneau do this tour. I have been on many different types of tours and on 15 cruises and this tour ranks at the top

On a very rainy day in Juneau this whale watching tour saved the day. We saw many humpback whales as well as one orca. Would definitely recommend this tour company if you are in Juneau.
