Driver was pleasant and gave some points of interest and history. Waterfalls were beautiful. Driver was brave enough to step into Bridal Falls in tennis shoes to get water for lots of us! Price was fair compared to other tours. I would suggest they say you have 5-10 minutes and not ā€œwhenever you’re readyā€ as some riders just don’t get that.

We traveled with 9 family members ranging from 4 yo to 70yo and we enjoyed the tour. The bus was not coach and more like a school bus but it did not take away from our experience. Our driver/guide was informative about the city, very personable and helpful. There was another family that had small children and she helped store their stroller in the back of of the bus. It was short, sweet, and included 3 stops where you can get off the bus to take photos. The last stop was Homestead park, which had about 2 flight of stairs to the viewpoint. We got lucky and spotted a juvenile bear crossing the wetlands and saw quite a number of bald eagles. At the end of the tour, our guide made an extra stop in front of the ship gangways for those who wanted to go directly back on to the cruise ship.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us a review. We are glad your family enjoyed the tour and got to see some of the local wildlife. I will make sure your guide/driver knows that you appreciated his extra care and time in being attentive to the needs of the families on his bus.

Lots of driving between the 3 stops, then only 10 minutes at each one. A little cramped on old bus. Driver filled us in on local facts.

Thank you for taking the time to send a review in. Juneau is pretty spread out and it takes time to get to each stop. We try to maximize your time spent while in Juneau. We are glad that your guide/driver gave you lots of facts on our community.
