Juneau City Tour

Overview
Come along on a guided journey through Historic Downtown Juneau on a bus, led by our knowledgeable guides. Explore downtown highlights and discover the origins of Juneau.

Randy was very informative and friendly. He told us alot about the history of Juneau and pointed out various wildlife as we rode along. However that price is kinda steep for 2 stops.

Thank you for taking the time to send in a review. We were unable to make it to Homestead Park because of road construction causing long delays. We are pleased to hear that Randy was informative and friendly.

Our tour guide was great, but, I expected more from the tour for that much money. On the way out of town, we were pointed out a few pieces of history. We stopped to see part of the glacier from the highway. We stopped at an overlook and pulled in to see the breaching whale. All of this we had already seen. It would have been helpful to know what we were going to see. It said we were paying for 3 park fees. We never saw a park with a fee. Very misleading We wouldn’t have signed up.

Thank you for taking the time to send in a review. We are sorry that you didn't find "Value" with your experience with us. We try to provide a great product and we choose our driver guides very carefully each and every season. As far as the fee's go, we are charged because we are a commercial operator and with 1.4 million people coming to our lovely city, the people in charge had to find a way to limit the buses and the number of people we can take to the 3 stops that you took while on your tour. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Very informative tour of the city with stops at key locations that we were able to explore on your own for a set number of minutes. We enjoyed it!
