Our tour operator was Jess. She was friendly, professional and informative. Jess allowed us plenty of time to walk around at each stop and take pictures. One of my favorite stops was the whale statue in Juneau. Beautiful work of art! The only thing I would’ve done differently is sign up for this tour immediately rather than another tour I went on. This is a great tour to develop a nice orientation of the city. Makes for great planning and mapping for the day’s or next day’s adventures. I would probably do this again when returning to Juneau. Also, great customer service and business ethic. They refunded my tour costs because they rescheduled me from last night to this morning. I recommend this tour for any tourists from the ships or in town from Anchorage.
