It was fabulous even in the rain. So much info!!! We even took home a few flakes of gold. You have wear a hard hat so difficult for small children

Interesting to see how mining takes place and we learned a lot of respect for how hard it Staff super friendly and educational Nice small group to learn about the mine that was once one of the biggest Enjoyed learning and also this was an economical side trip as excursions are so expensive in alaska

I went on this trip and enjoyed very much but I like history too. You spend time underground told by a real miner. He spoke very good about mining but seem annoyed by children asking him questions but still enjoyed.
