I booked this event 6 weeks ago. My booking clear states WITH transportation. The morning of the event I received a text message stating that transportation was not included. I spent hours on the phone trying to reach the tour operator. I even checked the Lyft app to see how much it would cost me from my location, $100 round trip. I finally contacted Viator. They contacted the tour operator who offered a $37 refund which I declined. I requested a full refund. Around 5pm, I received a call from a representative of the tour operator. They wanted to know if I was coming? So now I know you indeed have my phone number. I explain to her what was going. She then gave me a number for Christy. She She does not answer her phone. This morning I woke up to an email, this email thanked me for my understanding? Then went on to tell me that I would not be able to receive a full refund however they would refund me the $37 that the tour operator had previously offered. I have no understanding of this matter when I clearly have a voucher that states with transportation. My advice to you is to stay away from the store operator. I’ll be disputing this charge with my credit card company. I am not happy!

Best Luau ever! Do not miss this Luau! The entertainment never ends with chief! He was a great entertainer keeping everyone engaged, laughing and participating! The show was mesmerizing with all the different dances and skills! I liked the fact that they educated the audience with their language and terminology! It was very interesting. The food was very good despite they were served in to go containers instead of buffet due to Covid regulations.
