My first ever luau and I really enjoyed it. Got the gooahu.com pass and was able to have priority seating, first table to go thru the all you can eat buffet and free pic with the dancers. The dancers were amazing, and energetic the entire performance. My only slight complaint was that the activity stations they had set up could have had more people maning them. Kudos to the MC at having just the right amount of "cheese" and high energy to carry the show. Loved it.

This was our first trip to Hawaii...and hands down the Ka Moana Luau was the highlight of our trip. We brought three generations: my parents, ourselves and our adult children. The pace was perfect as my parents did not want to eat too late. Activities first, followed shortly by the meal and then fantastic entertainment. What made it extra special for us was that my parents were the longest married couple attending and Ka Moana Luau honored them in a very special way. The event was not just about food and entertainment...it was about making sure every person attending had a memorable time. And we sure did!

My husband and I visited the Ka Moana Luau this week to celebrate our anniversary. This was an experience we are not soon to forget! We booked early transportation, which arrived in a timely manner, and got to look around the Sea Life Park, and watch a cute/educational show with sea lions. At the luau we started with a commemorative photo, had a quick lei-making lesson with a pretty keepsake, and learned a little tune on the ukelele. We settled in for a delicious buffet. The show was phenomenal! It was culturally educational, comical, and gripping. Interactive parts with a lot of audience participation left the crowd laughing often. At the conclusion, transportation was waiting to take us back to our hotel. I highly recommend this experience for an unforgettable memory!!
