First off, the show was great! Fantastic dancers and musicians and the venue is lovely! The food was subpar at best. I realize with Covid restrictions they could not do a buffet, but we received boxes with tiny salads, cold chicken, and some kind of fish that tasted off. No pork at all. They made a big show of pulling the pig out of the ground and showing it off to everyone, but I'm pretty sure it was a fake pig. There was no smell of roast pork at all. Very disappointing.

We are sad to see you were disappointed with the food and we truly appreciate your feedback as we continue to work towards improving our covid-safe food operations. Due to food safety laws, we cannot serve the Kalua Pig that is displayed during the show. However, we do serve authentic Kalua pig cooked in a controlled environment and appreciate you bringing to our attention that you did not receive this as it is one of the staples of our dinner! We hope the rest of your time here in hawaiʻi was filled with nothing but Aloha!

The show was good but we arrived and the host was already speaking so miss some instructions it our table didn’t even have chairs and others were already eating. They served food in disposable take out boxes which I get due to covid but the food was inedible. I know it wasn’t just us sad others at the bar were commenting how awful and they didn’t eat their food either. We had to get something to eat when we got back! There was a full buffet line that had nicer food but no one could tell who w as supposed to use it. It has bread and pork. We were not served any pork or pineapple

Company not following COVID-19 protocols listed on their website or state mandates. Told everyone masks were optional, then had everyone line up shoulder to shoulder for 15-20 minutes (absolutely no way to distance at this point). Unsure why they couldn’t have waited until we were all seated before announcing masks optional. Also not sure why they had us line up. Could come up with a much better entrance process. Tables nearly touching and with chairs pushed out, minimal to no distancing. The entertainment was fantastic. Enjoyed the performers and drinks. The food was just ok and disorganized. Paid for a vegetarian option but no direction on how to get this, so ended up with the main meal and only at salad and rice. Way to high of pricing for that meal! The management should consider better signage or direction from staff.
