What To Expect

Kachemak Bay State Park

Every cruise is unique, as your captain keeps track of the constantly moving creatures in order provide the best opportunity to see it all! This may include sea otters, eagles, puffins, whales, seals, bears and multiple species of nesting seabirds all from the comfort of the boat. We will explore Kachemak Bay’s jagged coastline with many incredible geologic rock formations, and an abundance of sea kelp and intertidal creatures that we may be able to spot!

This was a perfect day for the great tour and our tour guides didn't disappoint. We stay a wide variety of birds, as well as otters and seals. Our guides, Lindsey and Davy, were full of information about the area and the wildlife. This tour is great for people of all ages.

So happy I found this tour. 2 hours is perfect to get out on the bay. We saw eagles, puffins, otters and ORCAS!!! Lindsay and Dave are Homer locals full of knowledge and excitement for the place they call home. Highly recommend.

We had good time. Saw puffins, seals, eagles and sea otter. Guide was really nice, friendly and gave lot of information about bay in general. We loved dog on the boat, Coco who became highlight of our trip. My son still misses her. :) Felt bit pricey.
