I enjoyed the kiddos being able to get right into the water. The place wasn't easy to find and took 30 minutes to find. The instructions were poor. They didn't tell us where to park or which pathway to walk to and where to check in. The instructor was not patient enough with the kids and expected too much from my little one. I recommend using a different instructor for small children.

Aloha, I'm sorry to hear of your experience. This is definitely not our standards. I can only assume you booked through a third party instead of booking with us directly. When you book through a third party, they sometimes pretend that they have all of the answers, but in reality they do not. We do send out an extremely detailed confirmation email that includes links to google map pin drops, step by step directions and pictures for what you are looking for and how to properly find us. Regarding the instructor, I would appreciate you giving a call back to our office and ask for Elaine or Kevin so we may learn more about your experience and which instructor you were with so we may address any concerns right away. Steve was great with our little 6 year old grandson, our son and my husband (grandpa)! They had a blast!

Our 12yo daughter took this lesson and loved it. Her instructor, Steve, made the lesson fun, and she was up on her board in no time. It was a great first experience on a surfboard for her.
